Dashrize is operated by Axilrise Private Limited, a Private Limited Companyregistered in India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The marketplace

Dashrize is a marketplace where Brands publish campaigns and Creators post short-form video clips to their own social accounts to earn per verified view. We facilitate the connection, view verification, and payouts. We do not produce content ourselves.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into binding contracts. Accounts found violating platform-of-record terms (TikTok, YouTube, Meta, X) may be suspended.

3. Content + permissions

Brands license their source content to Creators via campaigns. Creators must use only the source provided in the campaign brief. Re-uploading source material outside an active campaign is grounds for account termination.

When a Creator submits a reel to a campaign, Dashrize reads public metrics for that reel through the Meta Instagram Platform APIs (view counts, likes, comments, caption, timestamp) to verify the submission and count views for earnings. The Creator represents that they own the Instagram account they submit from and consent to this limited read of their own public data. See the Privacy Policy for the full description.

4. Earnings and payouts

Earnings accrue per the campaign’s per-1,000-view rate after view counts are verified by the source platform’s official API. Earnings shown in your dashboard are illustrative and may be adjusted if the source platform reverses view counts (e.g. for fraud takedowns).

We deduct a platform commission of 15% from gross earnings at the point they are accrued. The figure shown in your wallet is already net of that commission.

Withdrawals require a minimum balance of ₹2000 and completed identity verification. We process them weekly. Payouts go only to a bank account held in the same name as the verified account holder.

5. Payout review and withholding

Every payout is reviewed before it is released. We may hold, reduce, or refuse a payout where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• views were inflated by bots, paid traffic, engagement pods, or any means other than genuine organic viewing;
• the clip breached the campaign brief, the prohibited conduct below, or the source platform’s own terms;
• the account’s identity or bank details do not match the verified account holder, or one person is operating multiple accounts;
• the payment that funded the campaign was reversed, charged back, or is itself under investigation.

Where we hold a payout we will tell you which of these grounds applies and what we need from you. You have 14 days to respond with evidence, and we aim to finish a review within 30 days. After that review, our decision to release, reduce, or refuse the payout is final. Nothing here removes any right you have to take the matter to a court or consumer forum under Indian law.

Earnings we reverse are returned to the Brand’s campaign budget, and our commission on them is reversed at the same time — we do not keep money withheld from a Creator. Where fraud is established we may close the account and forfeit the disputed balance; genuine earnings unconnected to the fraud are still paid out.

6. How we hold campaign funds

Money a Brand pays to fund a campaign is held in a nodal account operated through our payment partner and is released to Creators as views are verified. We do not treat these funds as our own revenue, and we do not pay interest on balances held. Our only claim on that money is the 15% commission described above.

Wallet balances are a record of funds held for you. They are not a deposit, and Dashrize is not a bank or a payment system operator.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Campaign funding is refundable in full before a campaign receives its first submission, and unspent budget is returned to your wallet after that. The full terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Taxes

Creator earnings are your income and you are responsible for declaring them. Where Indian law requires it, we withhold TDS at source on payouts and issue the corresponding certificate. GST is charged on our commission where applicable. We do not give tax advice.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Bot or paid traffic to inflate view counts
• Reposting outside an active campaign
• Misrepresenting your identity or location
• Using Dashrize to coordinate harassment or illegal activity
• Withdrawing to a bank account that is not your own

Breaching any of the above lets us suspend the account, and lets us reverse earnings or withhold a payout under the review process in section 5.

10. Disclaimer + limits

The service is provided “as is” without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Earnings shown on the site are illustrative; this is not financial advice. Campaign results are not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us, or that we owed you, in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Suspension and closure

You can close your account at any time. Any verified balance you are owed is paid out before closure, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold and identity verification. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms, and will tell you why unless doing so would prejudice an investigation.
